Lily Pad Jump on MovePlay
Lily Pad Jump turns the squat-and-explode pattern into a 75-second pond crossing: hold a horse stance to charge the frog, then explode upward to leap to the next lily pad. Longer charges carry you farther, every jump lands safely on a pad, and your score comes from jump count and effort. Holding the stance builds lower-body endurance while each explosive takeoff trains leg power, all at a pace you control.
How to play Lily Pad Jump
- Stand in front of your screen so the camera sees your full body and the skeleton overlay appears.
- Drop into a horse stance and hold it for at least 3 seconds until the energy bar is full (a golden halo and a ping tell you it's ready).
- Explode upward to make the frog leap onto the next lily pad — land as many jumps as you can in 75 seconds.
