Hoop Streak on MovePlay
Hoop Streak turns the shooting motion into a timing game. A pass comes in and you side-step into a glowing zone to catch it; then you raise the ball over your head and release it as your hand starts to come down. Most basketball games only ask for aim — this one asks for a release point, because the shot only counts when the hand is descending, not on the lift.
The movement is a full-body sequence: a lateral step into the catch zone, a rise onto the toes or a squat for extra power, and an overhead release. Repeating that pattern is closer to a real set shot than a single arm flick, and it keeps the shoulders, core and legs working together.
Rounds run 90 seconds. Score comes from how many shots you make, and three-point hoops score higher than regular ones, so the goal is simply to make more baskets inside the time. A miss resets the streak.
How to play Hoop Streak
- Stand about a meter from the screen and keep your upper body (head to waist) in frame.
- Side-step into the glowing zone to catch the pass.
- Raise the ball over your head, then release it as your shooting hand starts to come down. Three-point hoops score more.
